Environmental Impact Assessment

In determining the requirements for EIA, Geoenvironmenal adopts an approach which relies upon our considerable experience of delivering technically robust EIA’s which minimise the risk of legal challenge or delay in the planning process. We are able to complete every aspect of EIA including Screening Requests, Scoping and Methodology and the preparation of the EIA and Non-Technical Summary (NTS).

Geeonvironmental has specialist experience in the completion of soils, geology, hydrogeological , Noise, Dust elements as part of the overall EIA process. Further to this, we are experienced in the project management of large scale multi disciplinary teams in the delivery of EIS for a number of large scale infrastructure projects.

Our aim is to ensure that the EIA process runs smoothly for our clients and wherever possible to avoid the need for EIA altogether through the planning process.
